Nature of problem:
Numerical evaluation of the spherical Bessel function jl(r).

Solution method:
Expansion of jl(r) in series of Chebyshev polynomials and evaluation of the coefficients by recurrence.

Restrictions:
Ranges confined to: 0 <= l <= 20 and 0 <= r <=72 but readily extendable, subject only to the restrictions of available machine precision and expotentiation range.

Running time:
Dependent on required range and accuracy: for the test case with extended precision and accuracy of thirty figures it is 2.02 s of which 1.14 s is for calculation of the expansion coefficients.
