Nature of problem:
Multistate molecular treatment of atomic (or molecular) collisions in the impact parameter approximation. Calculation of eikonal differential cross-sections.

Solution method:
The integration over impact parameters is transformed into a partial wave expansion. The treatment of all impact parameter dependent phases is discussed in detail.

Restrictions:
Small angle scattering.
