Nature of problem:
This program reads in the finite element matrices described in integer form and punches out the complete BLOCK data subprogram block1 containing these matrices in Z-format as listed in the programs H- PARALLEL FEMT-2D and E-PARALLEL FEMT-2D. Users of computers other than the IBM 360 or 370 series will have to modify output format statements in ZFORMATS and generate a new BLOCK1 compatible with their compiler.

Running time:
On the IBM 360/75 computer it takes 10 s of CPU time to run ZFORMATS.
