Nature of problem:
The second section of a program to perform the symmetry part of band structure calculation. This part accepts the Luehrmann tables as input and stores them in an appropriate manner permitting easy access to any element in the table.

Solution method:
Expansion of the wave function in terms of symmetrized plane waves.

Restrictions:
Limited to cubic lattices.
