Nature of problem:
The program calculates the reflection and transmission coefficients for an electron scattered by a surface barrier potential. It is intended to be used in a LEED calculation.

Solution method:
Solution of the Schrodinger equation.

Restrictions:
The program is designed to be used in the energy intervals -40 < h**2 X k**2 z / (2m) < -0.01 and 0.01 < h**2 X k**2 z / (2m) < 150 eV, where kz is the wavevector component perpendicular to the surface.

Running time:
The running time depends on kz, in a typical run the average time is 0.5 s for each kz.
