Nature of problem:
As mentioned in the previous paper [1] that describes the organization of the MCHF atomic structure package, the MCHF programs are classified as being either angular or radial in nature. Each type uses routines from libraries designated MCHF_LIB_ANG, MCHF_LIB_COM (common to both) or MCHF_LIB_RAD, respectively. The routines in these libraries and some useful utilities are described.
