Nature of problem:
Comparison with previous version, and reasons for new version: The powerful tau decay library is now available. This program, so far did not include QED radiative corrections in any of the decay modes. This update includes QED corrections for the decay modes tau -> mu(e)nu nu(bar).

Unusual features:
This is not an independent document. Only the differences with ABZP are documented. Limitations of the solution: For QED corrections V-A current for tau and vanishing mass of nu tau are assumed.

Running time:
37 events per (IBM 3090 168 units) second, in case of tau ->e nu nu(bar) (gamma) decay.
