Nature of problem:
The study of the collisional excitation of atoms by charged projectiles involves interaction matrix elements. These can be reduced to a sum of radial integrals involving hydrogenic wave functions, multiplied by functions of R. The integrals are calculated analytically to yield power series in R.

Restrictions:
For large principal quantum numbers certain dimensions need to be increased.
