Nature of problem:
This program provides the theoretical values for the energy levels and ratios calculated with the extended AROVMI model in terms of the parameters gamma 0 and rho when the latter is allowed to be negative. Specially, it yields those values concerned with the alpha, beta and alphabeta solutions and obviously, those with the gamma solution too which correspond to the original AROVMI model.

Solution method:
The actual values of the model parameters are found by means of a minimization procedure based on Rosenbrock's method in the version presented by Sheppey. A Bessel formula is applied to interpolate the energy levels of the restricted asymmetric rotor. The usual analytical reduction of the cubic equation is used to find its real roots.

Restrictions:
Computations are performed with energy levels of the ground-state rotational and quasi-rotational band from I=2 up to 20 (in steps of 2) and those of the gamma and quasi-gamma bands for I=2 up to 10 (in steps of 1).
