Nature of problem:
Monte Carlo generation of events with limited transverse momenta and leading particles providing a unit event weight.
A special choice of matrix element which accounts for the leading particle effect makes it possible to express the integration over phase space volume in a form with slowly warying weight function. The weight function can be well estimated from the top and this enables immediate importance sampling of generated events to provide unit weight.
The submitted version of the program is dimensioned for a maximum of 30 outgoing particles, but in principle it can be redimensioned to any number. The efficiency of the generation progressively decreases at very high particle multiplicities.
Program GENEVE accounts for the leading particle effect and can generate envents with unit weight.
