Nature of problem:
Inelastic form factors for one-step reactions are computed with a microscopic force comprising both central and tensor forces for calculating cross sections of heavy-ion reactions.

Solution method:
A second quatization formalism is applied and one-body transition densities between initial and final wave functions are exposed. A partial wave decomposition of the remaining one-body wave functions is performed which gives rise to two-dimensional radial integrals to be calculated with a gaussian quadrature.

Running time:
The test case presented in this paper takes 14 minutes of CPU on a VAX-11/780.
