Nature of problem:
We present a FORTRAN 77 program for laser processing of multilayer structures by solving the Heat Diffusion Equation under appropriate boundary conditions using Forward Finite Differences Method.

Solution method:
Laser processing of multilayer structure has been simulated by solving Heat Diffusion Equation with time dependent source term using Forward Finite Difference Method.

Running time:
Typical running time is dependent on the choice of number of time iteration and of the spatial slice number. However, roughly for 100 spatial slices, 100 time sweeps can be performed approximately in 1.44 seconds CPU time.
