Nature of problem:
PANDORA is a generalized classical trajectory program which optionally performs semiclassical wave packet analysis enabling the construction of semiclassical eigenstates. Related semiclassical analyses are available which compute the classical actions using a Fourier series representation of the classical dynamics.
