Nature of problem:
This program is a revision of Robb's TENSOR program which enables one to calculate reduced matrix elements of summations of one-particle tensor operators. Recent correction are included.

Reasons for new version:
The purpose of the revision is two fold. Firstly, the formats for the input data and the printed output are changed to more compact and readable spectroscopic notation. Secondly, it modifies the punched output format so that the results may be read directly by other programs such as a transition probability program.

Running time:
For the test data provided the program required 0.94 s to complete the calculations on IBM S360/75, Hasp.II.

Nature of problem:
The present adaptation makes it possible to use the program AAKP to evaluate the matrix elements (not reduced matrix elements) of a simple product of a spin-dependent tensor and a space-dependent tensor.
