Nature of problem:
Wave numbers are calculated from least-squares level values. These are more accurate than expermentally determined wave numbers.

Solution method:
This code takes the output of the LEVEL (Comp. Phys. Commun 3(1972)9) code and calculates wave numbers and their variances.

Restrictions:
Only allowed transitions (deltaJ=0,+-1) can be calculated.

Running time:
0.35 s for 15 000 wave numbers.
