Manuscript Title: Generalized Fermi-Dirac integrals - FD, FDG, FDH.
Authors: L.W. Fullerton, G.A. Rinker
Program title: FD, FDG, FDH
Catalogue identifier: AADU_v1_0
Distribution format: gz
Journal reference: Comput. Phys. Commun. 39(1986)181
Programming language: Fortran.
Computer: CRAY-1.
RAM: 3K words
Word size: 64
Keywords: General purpose, Function, Plasma physics, Fermi statistics, Transport coefficients.
Classification: 4.7, 19.11.

Nature of problem:
Generalized Fermi-Dirac integrals are evaluated. These integrals arise in applications of statistical mechanics to Fermi systems.

Solution method:
Chebyschev polynomial representations are provided.

Restrictions:
The argument Alpha can be any positive or negative real number. The indices Mu and Nu are restricted to certain half-integral values, as discussed in the text.

Running time:
Average computation time is approximately 20musec per evaluation on a Cray-1.
