Nature of problem:
Comparison with the previous version and reasons for the new version The tau decay library [2] is now updated. The physics content of the tau production part of the program is enriched. Convenient for certain tests, the possibility to use the program at the Born level including Z exchange is introduced.

Unusual features:
The manual is not an independent document. Only the differences with Ref. [1] are documented.

Running time:
1 to 300 events per (HP 715/33) sec, depending on the tau decay modes chosen and no beam polarization.
