Nature of problem:
Comparison with the previous version and reasons for the new version The tau decay library  is now updated. The physics content of the tau production part of the program is enriched. Convenient for certain tests, the possibility to use the program at the Born level including Z exchange is introduced.
The manual is not an independent document. Only the differences with Ref.  are documented.
1 to 300 events per (HP 715/33) sec, depending on the tau decay modes chosen and no beam polarization.
